What is a Learning Management System (LMS)?

A Learning Management System (LMS) is software that helps create, manage and deliver e-learning courses. SMCR Academy won't work without an LMS that is compliant with SCORM. An LMS has an admin interface for those that manage an e-learning course and a user interface for employees to take the course. A good LMS will also serve as a record of compliance for SMCR training.
