You spoke. We listened. We've rolled out 24/7 service for our telephone hotlines. What does that mean in practice? It means you'll be able to reach us around the clock.
We'll try to solve your issue, or get you in contact with our team members that can. We will also refer you to the law firm and/or tech company that built the product if the issue is with a product. Some of the people you may need to reach are not available 24/7, but we will do our best to get you moving as quickly as possible.
We've actually organized two 24/7 services. One is in the US to answer calls from our US & Canada hotline and the other is in the UK to answer calls to our UK & Swiss hotlines.
